We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used toys and games.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos/videos as proof for quick resolution.

4. Return Process

• Include your order details and reason for return.
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method.

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.
